This is not pre-purchase merchandising. It is support documentation that should remain accessible from the manufacturer branch and from ordering-help pages so customers can understand responsibilities on delivery.

Door arrived in double boxed cardboard<br />with several layers to the cardboard and<br />strapped together snuggly.There is an inner rolled piece of cardboard<br />inside the outer protective piece.The inner cardboard roll pulled out<br />of the outter roll. We did not have to<br />unroll the outer roll.But we did need to unroll the inner roll.<br />Look at how much cardboard they used<br />to protect the door.The inner soft foam wrap touching the<br />door is held on with shrink wrap.<br />No staples, no tape, just shrink wrap.Pull up on the shrink wrap and cut it with<br />the blade edge toward you. DO NOT cut<br />down on it, you might hit the door.Then unroll the foam. There is a lot of it too.<br />Doors are protected well. Multiple doors may<br />be stacked in layers of foam.Finally found the door. Look at how much foam<br />was used, we rolled it up. And we will re-use it<br />for other packing.
